OPTIMAL RECOVERY MARATHON

* Nearby airport witch cheap flights possibility - Wroclaw Airport 86 km distance. We can arrange for you a transportation

form the airport to The Shack of Mirdad and back (total cost approx. - 120 Euro) or you can rent a taxi at the airport

As part of the Recovery Marathon, we offer our guests a dynamic recovery package (a combination of highly effective therapies) and a fantastically organized time to relax and rest in the heart of the Owl Mountains, in The Shack of Mirdad Cottage.

The dynamic recovery packet includes:

• Magnetic Resonance Imaging,
• 2 x a massage to choose from our offer,
• 3 x ThanDz acupuncture treatment,
• proffesional dietary consultation for thos who need it
• 1 cupping treatment (after consultation according to indications and in the absence of contraindications)
• daily breathing exercises and Chi Kung (voluntary participation)
• 1 x joint trip for approx. 2 hours seating in Normobaric Chamber (together with lecture on advantages of normobaric treatment and possibly meeting with doctor Pokrywka (yet to be confirmed).
• 1 x set especially selected supplements supporting recovery for every participant
• 2 x concerts on 120 cm Chinese Gong and Tibetan Bowls

The purpose of the Marathon of Recovery is:

Optimal acceleration of the regeneration of the human body at the cellular level and a significant strengthening of the immune system.

After completing the above described series of treatments and therapies, you should expect:

• significantly improved fettle for a longer period of time
• a clear sense of the increase in vitality
• strongly improved immunity, e.g. for inflammation and for colds
• possible /at least partial/ regression of most diseases in most cases
• disappearance of pain in the body (depends on ilness and the current state of the body),
• partial improvement in the case of severe diseases
• great improvement of the state of mind (depression, severe stress, distraction, chronic fatigue)

As part of accommodation and recreation, we offer our guests in a package:

• Accommodation: a single person - a bed for 1 person, a couple - a bed for 2 persons (in the absence of accommodation places on the spot we can offer nice accommodation in friendly agritourism near the Shack of Mirdad cottage, of course, together with eventually necessary correction of accomodation price). Non-standard accommodation options - see below, in the "Remarks" section,
• Tasty vegetarian / dietetic breakfasts according to individual needs
• Nutritious and tasty vegetarian dinners / dietetic according to individual needs
• Small snacks during the day
• Unlimited coffee, tea, cold drinks
• Summer bar (bar snacks, ice cream, drinks - payable / water, cold drinks, coffee and tea - for free)

• Possibility of romantic boating through our 140 meter long beautiful pond

Optionally, as long as time allows it and if you express your willingness, it is possible to visit our beatiful mountain spots in the neighborhood (if required - separately paid attractions), such as:

• A trip to the nearby placed WW 2nd NAZI underground city "Osówka" (need for prior notification due to the availability of admission tickets).
• Horse rides (as part of the availability, according to the order of application
• Trips in the around area (the center of the Owl Mountains (towns: Rzeczka, Sokolec, etc.

We have also planned some surprise attractions for you :)

PRICE FOR 4 DAYS PARTICIPANTION FULL PACKAGE OF AN ADULT PERSON - 350 Euro

The stay is considered as reserved, after:

• a written confirmation of willingness to make a reservation, including providing personal data (by e-mail),
• a written confirmation of the initial booking isuued by the The Shack Mirdad cottage (by e-mail),
• a 25% prepayment of total cost trasferred to The Shack of Mirdad account,
• validated by The Shack of Mirdad receipt receipt of the prepayment (by e-mail)

COMMENTS:

* If you do not want to share a room with other participants of the Marathon (choosing a larger room for your own use only) an additional fee will be added, according to the min. prices for a room (look our website - accomodations) or we offer an adequate, separate accommodation in a friendly Agrotourism in the neighborhood.

* Any stay with children should be discussed and agreed in person, by phone or in writing, before booking.

* prepayment will be not refunded in case of cancellation of reservation
